Manufactured using rigid 25.4 mm CR (Cold Rolled) tubes with a 1.6 mm wall thickness, it delivers excellent strength while maintaining a precise and sturdy fit.
The crash guard is designed to help protect the engine case, cylinder head, and front exhaust bend pipe during unfortunate crashes or low-speed falls. Precision CNC tube bending ensures accurate formation, while MIG welding technology provides strong and reliable joints. Before powder coating, grid blasting technology is used to achieve a uniform and durable finish. All mounting nuts and bolts are made from SS 304 grade stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance and reliability.
